• Cognitive Assessment –  $1,100
 *Includes individually administered standardized cognitive testing, a written report with the impressions from the Initial Consult, specific recommendations for family and school to facilitate optimal future development, a post-test phone consult.
 
• Academic Testing added to Cognitive Assessment  – $300
*When needed, Academic testing can be conducted as a stand alone assessment, separate from IQ testing. The cost with a written report is $1100.
